POLÍTICA DE GARANTÍAS
masluz.mx garantiza el buen funcionamiento de todos sus productos. Cada producto especifica su tiempo de garantía correspondiente en la sección de especificaciones.
Para efectuar una garantía debes cumplir con las siguientes condiciones:
Contar con ticket de compra.
La garantía tendrá que estar vigente.
Enviar el producto a nuestro centro de distribución.
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA TRAMITAR UNA GARANTÍA
Llenar el formulario en la sección de soporte seleccionando la pestaña de Garantías.
Empacar y enviar dentro del plazo de garantía.
En un lapso no mayor a 72 hrs. te enviaremos
un producto nuevo.
