Returns

• We offer exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within thirty (30) days, subject to an Authorization from us. Thirty (30) days warranty will apply on the Consumer Product.
• Authorization does not guarantee final disposition, and al returns are subject to inspection.
• Defective products must be reported thirty (30) days after receipt of the item, and customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We reserve the right to impose a 10% restocking fee on all refused shipments. All S&H charges are non-refundable!
• Buyer must accept all shipping & return policies before placing the order.

Terms of Sale

• Please read carefully on what item(s) are included in the package before placing your order. We will not take any responsibility of you order the wrong item (Restocking Fee may apply).
• The shipping address that you provide must be the same as your PayPal account shipping address.
• Please email us immediately if you have a wrong shipping address prior to the merchandise shipping out. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs if delivery address provided is incorrect.
• Per eBay policy, the buyer is responsible for all customs-related fees, including import duty imposed by your country's postal service. Items greater than 1lb. are shipped via USPS Parcel, Priority, or UPS Ground.
