Delivery Information

Orders successfully placed from Monday through to Friday are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment with the exception of Pre Orders and games that are out of stock.

Free Standard Postage

• Cost of shipping- Free
• Delivery Time- 1-7 business days however in metropolitan areas the delivery time is usually between 1-4 working days
• *Please note that there is no insurance offered for standard postage and City Of Games will not be liable for any lost items.

Registered Post

• Cost of shipping- $5
• Delivery Time- 1-7 business days days however in metropolitan areas the delivery time is usually between 1-4 working days
• Registered Post is a secure way of receiving your products, in which a signature is required upon the arrival of your game and Insurance value of up to $100 is included if the item is damaged or lost. A card will be left in your mailbox and you can simply go to the nominated Post Office and pick the item up if no one is available at the time of delivery.

Express Post
